If you are unable to call the adviceline within normal working hours, please fill in our simple callback form and let us contact you within 2 hours of the next working day.

NHS Plus Operator puts you through on a 'live' transfer to a qualfied Occupational Health Provider
Our fully qualified occupational health nurses and advisers will deal with your call in the strictest confidence. Details of your call will not be passed on to any third parties under any circumstances.

Adviser discusses and helps diagnose your issue
Our advisers will ask you a few basic questions about your business and the issues you face to provide detail on your enquiry.
Step 4
Adviser provides advice & guidance and helps to develop a plan of action to address your issue
The adviser will outline a clear plan of action detailing how to best address the issues you are currently facing and provide information on support networks available to you and your business.
Step 5
Adviser sends you an action plan to resolve your issue(s)
Our adviser will send you a breakdown down of the issues discussed and an action plan moving forward to solve your isssue(s). They will also provide signposts or reccommendations to specialist providers if required.
