What organisational issues will I have to consider?

It's important to remember that you won't be able to implement change initiatives in isolation without considering how they will fit within a wider coherent change plan to consider linkages between strategy, structure and systems issues. A change that considers a new structure but fails to establish new systems to support such a structure is less likely to succeed.

Consider also how you will ensure the existence of project/programme management to prevent slippages in timings, in the achievement of desired outcomes, and in ensuring that the projects deliver as planned.
